The material of the cylinder body is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner wall is finely polished without dead corners, making it easy to clean and avoid mixing. It has a wide range of uses. The machine is equipped with a time relay, and the mixing time can be set according to the mixing requirements.
The mixing cylinder of this machine adopts a V-shaped asymmetric cylinder body, and a quick opening rotary cover is installed at the top of the cylinder body for easy feeding. The bottom of the cylinder is equipped with a butterfly valve, which has good sealing and convenient discharge. After adding materials from the top, tighten the quick opening screw handle, set the mixing time by the time relay, press the start button, and the mixing cylinder rotates along the axis. The materials are evenly mixed in the V-shaped cylinder, and at the same time, start the mixing motor. The mixing shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the mixing cylinder. After the set time, the motor automatically stops running. Press the jog button to turn the discharge valve to the downward position, and open the butterfly valve to discharge.
